When your appointment has been scheduled, a link will be emailed to you and you will be prompted to sign on to the patient portal to create a password.
The link expires 72 hours from when the initial email has been sent.
This can take some time, so we require that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment to complete this process.

On the patient portal, you can also communicate with our providers/staff and request prescription refills.
