Amy Witt, MD, FAAD
Dr. Witt (formerly Dr. Derrow) is a licensed, board-certified dermatologist who grew up in Central Florida. Dr. Witt graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Statistics. She received her M.D. from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2004. She went on to complete her internship in Internal Medicine and her dermatology residency training at the University of Cincinnati in 2008, where she also served as chief resident. Dr. Witt now lives in Maitland with her husband, two daughters and their dog, Clobex and she enjoys photography, hiking and travel in her spare time.
Dr. Witt is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and Central Florida Society of Dermatology. Dr. Witt holds hospital privileges at Orlando Regional Healthcare System.
Nikki Conrad, PA-C
Nikki is a NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant and has been a part of the Derrow Dermatology team since 2016. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida, and then graduated with a Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York. Before starting her career in dermatology, she worked as a hospitalist physician assistant at The NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Hospital in Manhattan. Nikki offers comprehensive dermatologic care for pediatric and adult patients. She specializes in naturally enhancing cosmetic services including Botox, Dysport, Restylane, and Juvederm fillers. As a Miami, Florida native, she is passionate about sun safety education and early skin cancer detection. Nikki provides bilingual services, prioritizing compassionate communication for both her English and Spanish speaking patients. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Nikki now resides in College Park with her husband, son, daughter, and two dachshunds. On the weekends, she enjoys the performing arts, traveling, and slathering her kids with sunscreen (much to their protest)!
Amber Mohlman, PA-C
Amber is our newest board-certified Physician Assistant. Originally hailing from Miami, she has made Central Florida her home for more than ten years. Amber graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with a Minor in Health Services Administration. She graduated with highest honors from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando with her Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences. Amber is an active member of both the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, engaging in outdoor activities, and cherishing moments with her two felines.
Wendy Alvarez, MSN, FNP-BC
Wendy is our new board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 25 years in the medical field and a decade of experience in dermatology. Her vast experience has spanned both the adult and pediatric patient populations across many specialties. She is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish. She is a member of The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In Wendy’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling and cooking for her family.

Karen Menendez, RMA, CST. Karen is a registered Medical Assistant and a certified Coolsculpting Technician with 11 years’ experience in Dermatology and 5 years’ experience in body contouring. Karen thoroughly enjoys working one on one with patients to develop a customized plan to assess the number of treatment areas needed to help our patients reach their goals for optimal results.
Jennifer Becton, LE, CME, CCE
Jennifer is a licensed electrologist, esthetician and laser specialist with over twenty years of experience. She joined Derrow Dermatology in 2009 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. Jennifer is also our cosmetic coordinator and will assist you with any of your cosmetic interests including facials, skin care products, hair removal and laser resurfacing.
