Maitland Office
Amy Witt, MD, FAAD
Dr. Witt (formerly Dr. Derrow) is a licensed, board-certified dermatologist who grew up in Central Florida. Dr. Witt graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Statistics. She received her M.D. from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2004. She went on to complete her internship in Internal Medicine and her dermatology residency training at the University of Cincinnati in 2008, where she also served as chief resident. Dr. Witt now lives in Maitland with her husband, two daughters and their dog, Mabel, and she enjoys photography, hiking and travel in her spare time.
Dr. Witt is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Florida Academy of Dermatology and Central Florida Society of Dermatology. Dr. Witt holds hospital privileges at Orlando Regional Healthcare System. She has been named one of Orlando Magazine’s Finest Doctors 8 times since 2009 is now officially listed in the Orlando Magazine “Hall of Fame”.
Amber Mohlman, PA-C
Amber is our newest board-certified Physician Assistant. Originally hailing from Miami, she has made Central Florida her home for more than ten years. Amber graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with a Minor in Health Services Administration. She graduated with highest honors from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando with her Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences. Amber is an active member of both the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, engaging in outdoor activities, and cherishing moments with her two felines.
Wendy Alvarez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Wendy is our new board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 25 years in the medical field and a decade of experience in dermatology. Her vast experience has spanned both the adult and pediatric patient populations across many specialties. She is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish. She is a member of The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In Wendy’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling and cooking for her family.
Annie Cabrera, PA-C
Annie Cabrera is our new board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She graduated at the top of her class from South College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society and awarded Clinical Student of the Year in 2024. These honors reflect her exceptional clinical skills, academic excellence, and commitment to patient care.
Before becoming a PA, Annie gained hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant at Derrow Dermatology for over two years. She worked closely with Dr. Witt and her staff assisting with surgical procedures, performing skin assessments, and gaining a deep passion for dermatology…so much so that it set her whole career path in motion and led her back to where it all began.
Outside of work, Annie enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new cuisines, and playing with her Australian shepherd. She values a healthy work-life balance to stay energized and focused on providing high-quality care to her patients. Annie is so excited to be back at Derrow Dermatology and ready to attend to any of your dermatologic needs!

Suzanna Suto, LME, CMA
Suzanna is a medical esthetician and medical assistant with 15+ years of experience in aesthetics, lasers, and skincare. She began her career in 2010, later teaching at a cosmetology school before returning to hands-on work in plastic surgery and luxury medspa settings. Trained in phlebotomy and medical assisting, she brings a rare blend of clinical precision and esthetic artistry.
Grounded and calming, she gives patients honest guidance, personalized care, and results-driven treatments like peels, DiamondGlow, microneedling and Coolsculpting while still creating a relaxing, pampered experience. She’s passionate about helping people feel confident and cared for.
Outside the treatment room, she’s assisting our providers, swapping stories about her Frenchies (Astro and Gizmo), laughing with patients, or cheering on her son at football games with her husband.
Kayla Rivera, LME

Meet Kayla, our Beauty Curator! She specializes in brows, lashes, makeup, and permanent makeup (PMU). A lifelong lover of color and detail, she became a licensed esthetician to pair her artistry with healthy, radiant skin.
With 10+ years of professional makeup experience on weddings, TV, fashion, and major events, Kayla has mastered balance, precision, and feature-enhancing techniques. Her refined eye and steady hand naturally led her into PMU, where she now creates polished, customized results as a licensed tattoo artist.
Kayla’s personalized approach ensures every client leaves feeling confident, enhanced, effortlessly stunning, and beautifully refreshed.
Jeane Thomas, ARNP
Meet Jeane Thomas, our new dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through medical aesthetics and minimally invasive cosmetic surgery. As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), Jeane has honed her expertise in skincare and anti-aging techniques over the past 20+ years, making her a master specialist in the field. With a hands-on approach and a wealth of knowledge, Jeane is committed to providing personalized care for each patient. She is not just a practitioner; she’s your trusted partner on your journey to radiant, youthful skin. Jeane’s commitment goes beyond administering services—she is here to answer your questions, guide you through the process, and recommend tailored products that suit your needs. Jeane most recently served as a sought-after trainer for InMode and since joining the team at Derrow Dermatology, she will be a provider for our existing cosmetic services such as IPL, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus and Empower devices for Vaginal Rejuvenation. We are excited to announce that Jeane will also be introducing our patients to new, advanced, cutting-edge cosmetic treatments such as minimally invasive PDO Threads and medical-grade chemical peels to achieve dramatic skin tightening results. She has trained professionals at clinics across the USA and internationally. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, Jeane ensures effective communication and understanding with her diverse clientele. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jeane cherishes the moments spent with her family, especially her beloved Yorkie, Milly. Your satisfaction is Jeane’s priority—she takes pride in crafting individualized treatment plans and delights in seeing her patients leave her care excited to return, radiating confidence and beauty.
