Derrow Dermatology has gone VIRTUAL
We are here for you!
In light of the growing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, I have decided to close the office this week out of an abundance of caution to protect all of our patients and staff during this very difficult time. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates on a weekly basis.
Our practice will be providing telephonic or virtual encounters via:
- Pocket Patient app (Virtual Visits)
- Live Stream FaceTime Visits
We hope to have limited office hours each week to treat our more severe skin cancer patients, suture removals and any other urgent issues that cannot be managed remotely. This is subject to change, however, given the recent statewide quarantines being enforced.
New Patients requesting an appointment should visit our website at www.derrowdermatology.com and submit an Appointment Request form. We will respond to you with further instructions on the various visit types that are available.
Established Patients requesting an appointment should initiate a virtual visit on the Pocket Patient Application or may request a Live Stream FaceTime visit via messaging through the Patient Portal, and one of our providers will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.
Patients will have the same co-payments, deductible and coinsurance as in-office visits.
If you are a self pay patient, the rates for our virtual visits are
- $100 for New Patients, $75 for Existing Patients.
**Payment must be received before the completion of your online visit.
For simple matters of prescription refills or questions about medications or skin conditions, feel free to leave us a message on the general office voicemail as always or utilize the Patient Portal through our website for more immediate assistance.
Lastly, if you are running out of any of your skincare products, remember that you can order all of the products offered at our office anytime through our online store (https://store.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time as we navigate this new routine. Everyone stay safe and remember that Laurie, Nikki, myself and the rest of our dedicated team will continue to provide the same optimal care to you and your families.
